Tips

Hereby, we would like to remind you (user) to read the TgfishVPN User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before registering as a TgfishVPN user to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use the services involved in this Agreement. Your registration, login, use and other behaviors will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between TgfishVPN and users regarding the "Internet Access Service" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" refers to the personal service that registers, logs in, and uses this service. TgfishVPN has the right to update the content of the agreement. Once the updated terms of the agreement are announced, they will replace the original terms of the agreement without further notice.

Company Statement

1.TgfishVPN is a product and registered trademark of Cloudfish Network Technology LTD. Any reference to TgfishVPN below shall have the same effect on Cloudfish Network Technology LTD.
2.Cloudfish Network Technology LTD. is a company established in the Republic of Singapore and strictly abides by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the trading nations. Users should be aware of whether using TgfishVPN in other countries may violate laws and regulations, and in all cases, shall bear the losses or legal liabilities caused by ignoring local laws.
3.TgfishVPN has noticed that citizens of certain countries (such as the People's Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Cuba, the Democratic Republic of Korea, etc.) registering and using TgfishVPN will be considered illegal. TgfishVPN does not recommend citizens of such countries to register or use our services, nor does it recommend citizens of any other country to register or purchase TgfishVPN services when living in such countries. Please refer to Article 2 of the Company Statement for details.

Account Registration

1.Once the user successfully registers and becomes a TgfishVPN user, he will be given a username and password and have the right to log in to the service at any time using his own username and password.
2.The user is fully responsible for the security of his account and password, and is fully responsible for all activities and events conducted under his account.
3.TgfishVPN shall not disclose users’ personal privacy and information without their permission.
4.If the user's password is leaked or the security of the user's password is threatened for any other reason, you should contact TgfishVPN customer service in time, otherwise you will bear the corresponding losses.

User Statement and Warranty

1.Users must have full civil capacity and the ability to conclude transactions and fulfill their obligations.
2.Any service provided by TgfishVPN to which the user subscribes is only applicable to the user himself. The user is not allowed to share his account, link, subscription address or other information that leads to sharing of services by multiple people in any form on any platform.
3.Any content created, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by users in the process of using the TgfishVPN service, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions, and other registration information and authentication information, or text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc., sent, replied, and related link pages, as well as other content generated by the use of accounts or this service, shall not violate the relevant laws and regulations of the user's region/country or the Republic of Singapore (hereinafter referred to as the "country"), including but not limited to the following principles:

  • Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution
  • Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity
  • Damage to national honor and interests
  • Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity
  • Undermine the state's religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions
  • Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability
  • Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incite crime
  • Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others
  • Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations

    • 4.Users may not use the TgfishVPN account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with normal operations and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

  • Contains any sexual or sexual connotations
  • Contains insults, threats, or intimidation
  • Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information
  • Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data
  • Infringement of others' legal rights such as reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets
  • Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties

    • Service Content

    1.The specific service content of TgfishVPN is provided by TgfishVPN according to the actual situation, including but not limited to:

  • Online consulting service for enterprise network access
  • Network access service

    • 2.All notifications and other messages sent to users can be sent via email or the contact information provided by the user.
    3.To avoid unnecessary trouble, users are advised to try the product before purchasing it. Please read the refund policy for details.

    Refund Policy

    1.TgfishVPN will not provide a refund to users in the following cases:

  • Any item in the user-triggered termination of the service
  • When applying for a refund, the user has a bad attitude and makes personal attacks and verbal abuses against the customer service staff.
  • The user clearly encountered a problem during the trial but still insisted on purchasing the product and requested a refund based on the problem
  • The user used controversial or high-risk payment methods when paying for TgfishVPN products (e.g., controversial credit cards, abnormal Alipay accounts, etc.)

    • 2.In the following cases, TgfishVPN will provide users with a refund to their account balance:

  • Users wish to upgrade, downgrade, change package duration, or request a refund
  • If the user wishes to suspend the service, the remaining package time can be converted into a balance and a refund can be requested.
  • Users purchase the product without trying out its related functions, which does not meet their expectations

    • 3.In the following cases, TgfishVPN will provide users with a refund to the original payment method:

  • Users who purchased the same level product encountered problems that did not occur during the trial
  • TgfishVPN changed its service content during the window period after user trial and before purchase
  • The customer service team has a bad attitude for no reason
  • Other situations where TgfishVPN deems it necessary to provide a refund to the original payment method

    • 4.TgfishVPN will decide to provide a full refund or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

    Termination of Service

    1.TgfishVPN has the right to terminate its services to users in the following circumstances:

  • User violates the relevant provisions of this Service Agreement
  • If you have not used TgfishVPN services for more than half a year, TgfishVPN has the right to terminate the service to the user and no longer retain the user's related data.
  • Users are not allowed to disseminate content that violates the provisions of this Agreement through the TgfishVPN service. Once discovered, TgfishVPN has the right to withhold the amount in the account
  • When these Terms of Service are terminated or updated, the user clearly indicates that he/she does not want to accept the new Terms of Service
  • Other situations where TgfishVPN deems it necessary to terminate the service

    • 2.After the service is terminated, TgfishVPN has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for the user.

    Changes and interruptions of service

    1.In view of the particularity of network services, users need to use the same services. TgfishVPN may change or interrupt part or all of the network services and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by users during use without notifying users and without taking any responsibility for any users or any third party.
    2.TgfishVPN needs to regularly or irregularly detect or update the platform that provides network services, causing the network service to be interrupted within a reasonable time. TgfishVPN is obliged to give advance notice, but TgfishVPN does not need to bear any responsibility for this. In the event of sudden force majeure events (such as large-scale malicious traffic attacks, natural disasters, etc.), TgfishVPN does not need to give advance notice.

    Modification of Terms of Service

    1.TgfishVPN has the right to modify any content of these Terms of Service at any time. Once any content of these Terms of Service changes, TgfishVPN will notify users of the modified content through appropriate means.
    2.If you disagree with the updates and changes made by TgfishVPN to these Terms of Service, you have the right to stop using the TgfishVPN services.
    3.If the user continues to use the network service, it is deemed that the user accepts the changes made by TgfishVPN to the Terms of Service.

    Disclaimer and Indemnity Statement

    1.If TgfishVPN has clearly stated that its service provision method has changed and reminded users of the things they should pay attention to, if the user fails to operate as required due to such circumstances, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
    2.The user expressly agrees that the risks of using TgfishVPN are entirely borne by himself, and all consequences arising from the use of TgfishVPN are also borne by himself.
    3.The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of TgfishVPN and other users. The user agrees to bear the liability for damages caused by the user's use of the service. TgfishVPN has any illegal, untrue, improper, or infringing third party's legitimate rights and interests, or the user violates any terms under this Agreement and causes losses to TgfishVPN and any other third party.

    Privacy Statement

    1.Scope of application:

  • When a user registers a TgfishVPN account, the personal registration information provided as required
  • When users use the service, TgfishVPN, or visit its related web pages, TgfishVPN automatically receives and records the server values ​​on the user's browser, including but not limited to data such as IP addresses and web page records requested by users.

    • 2.Use of Information:

  • TgfishVPN will not sell or rent users' personal information to anyone unless the user's permission is obtained in advance.
  • TgfishVPN also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate users' personal information by any means. If any user engages in the above activities, once the service is discovered, TgfishVPN has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user and seal up his account.
  • To achieve the purpose of serving users. TgfishVPN may use users' personal information to provide services to users, including but not limited to sending products and services information to users.

    • 3.Information Disclosure: Your personal information will be disclosed in part or in full under the following circumstances:

  • Disclosure to third parties with user consent
  • Disclose to a third party or administrative or judicial institution in accordance with relevant legal provisions or the requirements of administrative or judicial institutions
  • If a user violates the laws of his country or the Republic of Singapore or the website policy, he needs to disclose it to a third party.
  • The bank account information service provided by users when using TgfishVPN. TgfishVPN will strictly abide by the relevant confidentiality agreement

    1.TgfishVPN solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt TgfishVPN from liability and restrict user rights. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this agreement in the presence of their legal guardians.
    2.The final right of interpretation of this agreement belongs to TgfishVPN, and all rights of interpretation and modification are reserved.
    3.This Agreement is applicable from January 8, 2023.
